Common questions
I did not receive my sign-in code
Check your spam folder, then request a new code. Codes are single-use and expire, so use the newest one.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open the Profile tab and choose Delete account. Or see how to delete your account from the web.
How do I cancel Prysm Pro?
Subscriptions are managed by the app store you bought Pro from, not by us. Cancel in Apple’s subscription settings or Google Play’s. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
