Delete your Prysm account

You can delete your account and everything attached to it. This page explains what happens and how to ask.
The fastest way: in the app
Open Prysm, go to the Profile tab and choose Delete account at the bottom. Deletion is immediate. If you no longer have the app installed, use the form below.

Sign in with the same emailed code the app uses, then confirm. Deletion is immediate. We only send a code to an address that already has an account, and we never create one here.
Can’t sign in? Ask us instead
Email support@prysmblast.com from the address your account uses, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will reply to that address to confirm. No account is deleted until you have replied to that confirmation from the address on the account, so nobody else can delete your account by typing your email. Once confirmed, we complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile and handle
- Your whole library, including ratings, notes, hours played and finished dates
- Your wishlist and release reminders, and games you are watching
- Your viewing history (games you opened)
- Your posts, comments, likes, poll votes, reposts and shares
- Who you follow, who follows you, and who you have blocked
- Your reports and notifications
- Links you shared into the app and your search phrases
- Linked Steam, Xbox and Android accounts
- Images you attached to posts
- Your sign-in email address, and your subscription record with our subscription provider
This includes things you left in other people’s spaces, such as a comment on someone else’s post. They are removed with your account.
What is not deleted
An active subscription is not cancelled. Prysm Pro is billed by the app store you bought it from, and we cannot cancel it for you — Apple does not allow developers to cancel an App Store subscription at all. Cancel it first in Apple’s subscription settings or Google Play’s. We will not delete an account with an active subscription until you have been shown where to cancel it, so you are never left paying for an app you can no longer open.
We also keep a log of store purchase events, for billing and accounting. It never held your email address, and once your account is gone the account identifier in it points at nothing.
This is permanent
There is no recovery window. Once your account is deleted, we cannot restore it.
